The extruder filter mesh produced by our company, the series mainly includes mesh cylinder, irregular stainless steel composite mesh, etc., the material and shape can be designed and developed according to the customer's requirements of various specifications of products.
The main filter material of the cylindrical filter element adopts five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh, the filtration accuracy is 0.5-200μm, and its external dimensions can be processed according to user requirements.
The five-layer sintered mesh is vacuum sintered by the vacuum sintering of five layers of stainless steel mesh. The cylindrical filter element made of it has the characteristics of good permeability, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and reverse cleaning, not easy to damage, and no material shedding.
The main use of cylindrical filter element: used for polyurethane, oil, pharmaceutical, beverage, product overflowing. It is also used for the filtration of media such as water and air.
The biggest feature of the filter disc is that it has the characteristics of filtering out fine particles at the same time, with good use strength and process strength, is an ideal filtration piece for filtration, washing and desiccant, the main filter material is the use of multi-layer stainless copper sintered mesh, the filtration accuracy is 0.5-200 um. Our company can manufacture discs with a diameter of 5mm-500mm, and its structure has integral shape and split shape.
