Filter fabric processing

High-speed screen laying machine can lay 250-1000g filter material, through a series of high-frequency needleloom needle punching can achieve the ideal needle density, can produce a variety of room temperature filter material, high temperature filter material.

- Normal temperature filter

The room temperature filter materials produced by our company include polyester needle felt, polypropylene needle felt, acrylic needle felt, laminated needle felt, antistatic needle felt, water-repellent and oil-proof needle felt, etc. The product is wear-resistant, fold-resistant, good air permeability, is an efficient room temperature filter material, widely used in steel, cement, chemical, food processing and other industries.


- High temperature filters
The high-temperature filter materials produced by Hui Long Filtration include PPS needle felt, aramid needle felt, glass fiber composite needle felt, PTFE needle felt, P84 needle felt, NOMEX needle felt, etc. The high-temperature needle felt is made of high-temperature resistant chemical fiber material, and is post-treated by shaping, singing and calendering. The use temperature can reach 160-280 °C, is an efficient filter material, flex resistance, good wear resistance, less dust holding, good ash cleaning effect, according to different types of acid and alkali resistance, hydrolysis resistance and other excellent properties.

Cage bone processing
Hui Long has a complete set of bag cage welding equipment, specially customized post-treatment spraying line, can provide customers with a wide range of high-quality keel products.

The shape, size, material, post-treatment, skull, etc. of the bag cage are different according to different occasions, and the design and production of the bag cage according to the specific working conditions and dust bag size, so that the production of the keel fully meets customer requirements and achieves the best supporting effect. The usual bag cage shapes are: round, oval, diamond, star, etc., due to the complete automatic generation line of Huiron, we can generate different forms of keel according to customer requirements.
